Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At vifaa.shop, we want you to enjoy your handmade fleece products and shop with confidence.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products (where applicable)

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling


Handmade Product Notice

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item.

Such natural variations are not considered defects and may not qualify for returns or refunds.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Products returned with missing parts not caused by our error

  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt.

We will also communicate whether your refund has been:

  • Approved, or

  • Rejected

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may apply

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be refunded.

Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are generally not eligible for refunds unless defective or required by applicable law.


Exchanges

We replace products only where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive store credit equivalent to the approved return value.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not trackable.
